This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact marketing initiatives in the clinical research and life sciences space, focusing on autoimmune therapeutic areas and broader clinical service offerings. You will drive strategic messaging, digital campaigns, and content development that directly influence client engagement and business growth. Working closely with sales, operational, and scientific teams, you will shape integrated marketing strategies, generate qualified leads, and strengthen the organization’s market position. The role requires a highly autonomous, collaborative, and strategic professional who can translate complex clinical insights into compelling marketing initiatives. You will also lead event planning, thought leadership campaigns, and mentorship initiatives while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Lead strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives for autoimmune therapeutic areas, clinical FSP services, and other assigned clinical services.
- Develop messaging frameworks and content strategies to optimize market positioning and engagement with key stakeholders.
- Create and implement digital marketing strategies, including omnichannel content, social media, SEO/SEM, AI-driven search, and website campaigns.
- Drive thought leadership initiatives, leveraging white papers, videos, webinars, and other channels to enhance visibility and credibility.
- Plan and execute conferences, events, and webinars, including budgeting, messaging, and cross-functional coordination.
- Support sales teams through enablement tools, lead generation initiatives, and actionable account insights.
- Provide strategic advice to senior leadership, mentor junior marketing staff, and contribute to the development of departmental marketing strategies.
- Monitor marketing performance and provide monthly reporting, including actionable insights for optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or life sciences/healthcare sectors; 6–8 years in leadership or senior marketing roles.
- Proven experience in therapeutic area marketing, preferably in autoimmune conditions, and familiarity with clinical FSP/CRO services.
- Strong expertise in content creation, digital marketing, event planning, and thought leadership campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operational, and scientific teams.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong leadership and mentoring experience, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools, budgeting, and status reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish required.
