Overview
Dry Force is seeking a motivated, high-energy Inside Sales Representative to support our phone-based inside sales team focused on driving pipeline across our plumber marketing channel.
This role is responsible for executing high-volume outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for brand sales teams. You will work directly under the Inside Sales Manager (Player/Coach) and play a key role in generating consistent, high-quality opportunities.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and wants to develop strong sales skills in prospecting, discovery, and qualification.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach (calls, follow-ups, SMS, etc.)
- Identify and engage potential prospects within target markets
- Generate new opportunities through cold calling, lead follow-up, and reactivation of aged leads
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly activity targets
Discovery & Qualification
- Conduct discovery and probing calls with prospects
- Ask strong qualifying questions to determine fit and opportunity quality
- Communicate value propositions clearly and build interest
- Handle objections and move prospects forward
Appointment Setting & Pipeline Support
- Schedule qualified appointments for brand sales representatives
- Ensure opportunities meet qualification criteria before handoff
- Maintain follow-up to improve show rates
CRM & Activity Management
- Track outreach, conversations, and pipeline activity in CRM
- Maintain accurate records and next steps
- Follow established cadences, scripts, and workflows
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Inside Sales Manager for coaching and development
- Participate in call reviews and training sessions
- Collaborate with brand sales teams for smooth handoffs
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Call volume and activity levels
- Contact/connect rates
- Appointments set
- Qualified opportunities generated
- Appointment show rate
- CRM accuracy and process adherence
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of sales, customer service, or outbound calling experience preferred
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Comfortable handling objections
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and driven
Preferred Background
- Experience with small businesses or blue-collar industries
- Familiarity with home services (plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
- Experience using CRM or dialer tools
Reporting Structure
Reports to: Inside Sales Manager (Player/Coach)
Works closely with: Brand Sales Representatives, Marketing, RevOps
