Sales Production Assistant

Pilson Ford is looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Sales Production Assistant to support a top-performing Sales Consultant.

This role is perfect for someone who is organized, coachable, and driven to grow in the automotive industry. You’ll play a key role in improving productivity and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

• Support the Sales Consultant with daily tasks, appointments, and customer follow-up
• Manage leads and maintain CRM activity
• Assist with deal paperwork and sales process coordination
• Help prepare and deliver vehicles to customers
• Ensure customers understand vehicle features, warranty, and next steps
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction
• Assist with showroom traffic, test drives, and customer flow

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service or sales experience preferred

Salary

• The salary for this position ranges from $35,000 - $50,000.
