Force Building Services is hiring Conveyor Installation Technicians, Mechanical Technicians, and Construction Installers for immediate start.

This is a seasonal opportunity supporting projects across multiple job sites. Candidates with experience in mechanical installation, electrical work, industrial maintenance, or general construction are encouraged to apply.

• Install conveyor systems and related mechanical components in industrial and commercial environments
• Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely
• Work with field supervisors and team members to complete projects on schedule
• Follow OSHA safety standards and company policies
• Complete daily reports and maintain accurate documentation

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in conveyor installation, mechanical assembly, or construction preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills
• Ability to read and follow technical diagrams and blueprints
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Reliable and willing to travel for extended periods
• Strong communication, work ethic, and professionalism

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for extended hours
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
• Able to work long shifts, including nights or weekends when needed

Schedule and Work Environment:

• 40+ hours per week
• Full travel commitment required – fly or drive to job sites
• Stay in hotels during project assignments (provided by company)
• Indoor and outdoor work conditions
