  • Redesign and standardize delivery frameworks, governance models, and PMO practices to improve consistency, predictability, and operational excellence.
  • Build and manage a metrics-driven operating model using KPIs such as cycle time, cost efficiency, quality, and client outcomes to proactively manage delivery performance.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Client Success, and Finance to manage scope, resolve escalations, and align strategic priorities.
  • Direct and scale global delivery and PMO teams across regions, fostering accountability, continuous improvement, and a strong client-first culture.
  • Oversee capacity planning and resource optimization to ensure effective allocation of talent and early identification of delivery risks.
  • Establish strong knowledge management systems, ensuring best practices, playbooks, and insights are consistently captured and reused across teams.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in healthcare payer operations, ideally with exposure to regional or Blue plan environments.
  • 10+ years of experience in delivery, operations, program/project management, or related fields, including senior leadership responsibilities.
  • Proven success leading large, distributed, global teams and influencing outcomes through trust, clarity, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Demonstrated ability to transform delivery organizations through process optimization, automation, and operating model redesign.
  • Experience leveraging GenAI, analytics, or modern digital tools to improve operational efficiency and delivery effectiveness.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate complex client and stakeholder environments.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical ability to translate insights into actionable delivery improvements.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, scaling SaaS environments, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (advanced degrees are a plus but not required).
Benefits:
  • Unlimited paid time off to support rest and work-life balance
  • Flexible work-from-anywhere policy
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage with multiple plan options
  • Equity participation for all employees
  • Strong focus on professional growth and career development
  • One-time home office setup allowance
  • Monthly mobile phone allowance
  • Performance-based compensation including base salary, bonus eligibility, and equity grants
