Position: Inventory Control Clerk ( IC Outbound clerk)
Shift: 2nd Shift / Monday - Friday / 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm
Pay: $19.75 per hour / $1.00 shift premium for working 2nd shift
Additional Incentives: All full-time employees are eligible to qualify for monthly performance and safety incentive bonuses!
In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience:
- 6 months to 1 year experience working with Manhattan is required
- Manually prepares purchase orders for signature.
- Conveys messages, and runs errands.
- Operates various office machines, opens and routes, answers correspondence
- Conducts level of research that would require pulling units from Inventory in order to close out loads
- Ensuring Trucks are properly loaded
- Getting BOL's ready for drivers as they arrive

Role Purpose:
Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy by verifying all inbound and outbound orders. Insure that inventory entries and adjustments are reflected accurately in the warehouse management system.
Key Accountabilities:
- Maintain inventory records.
- Perform daily inventory management procedures and duties.
- Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust system as necessary.
- Follow procedures to accurately adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged product.
- Perform routine clerical assignments including filing invoices and maintaining records.
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Six months warehousing and inventory experience, preferred
- Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred
