👷 Positions AvailableTraffic Control Person (TCP)
  • Minimum 6 months of experience with a traffic control company
  • Valid TCP certification required
  • Comfortable working in dynamic and fast-paced environments
Lane Closure Technician (LCT)
  • 1–2 years of lane closure experience required
  • Clean driver’s abstract required
  • Strong understanding of traffic control setups and site coordination
🔧 Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control equipment safely and efficiently
  • Monitor traffic flow and make real-time adjustments to ensure public and crew safety
  • Follow all WorkSafeBC and company safety regulations
  • Conduct regular inspections of traffic control setups and job sites
  • Communicate clearly with supervisors, crew members, and the public
  • Support road construction, utility work, and event traffic operations
  • Complete daily logs and reports accurately
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
  • Ability to work 8–12 hour shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or nights
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to stay focused and alert in high-traffic environments
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful work environment
Preferred / Asset Qualifications
  • Experience working on multiple sites or complex traffic setups
  • Knowledge of traffic management plans (TMPs)
  • Leadership experience (especially for LCT candidates)
  • Mechanical knowledge of traffic control equipment
  • Experience working with construction or utility crews
📍 Work Location

Projects are located throughout the Lower Mainland, British Columbia. Reliable transportation is considered a strong asset due to varying job sites.
