  • Recruit, onboard, and train new FRMs, ensuring rapid ramp-up and consistent execution across territories.
  • Translate national field access strategies into actionable regional plans, optimizing territory coverage and workflow efficiency.
  • Monitor regional performance metrics, including enrollment volumes, prior authorization success, and appeal outcomes; hold team accountable to targets.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex access or reimbursement challenges, coordinating cross-functional solutions.
  • Conduct field visits and ride-alongs to evaluate account dynamics, share best practices, and identify coaching opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, HUB operations, specialty pharmacies, and other stakeholders to align priorities and ensure smooth operational execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PharmD) preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals, biotech, healthcare, or reimbursement/access roles.
  • Minimum of 5 years managing field teams such as FRMs, access specialists, or patient services.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. payer/reimbursement landscape, prior authorization processes, specialty pharmacy operations, and HUB models.
  • Proven ability to lead teams to achieve performance goals, resolve conflicts, and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience in rare disease, endocrinology, or complex access therapeutic areas preferred.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively (up to 60%) within the assigned region.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: $191,100 - $253,900, depending on experience, skills, and location.
  • Performance-based incentive compensation plans aligned with national goals.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage, including medical, dental, and vision plans.
  • Paid time off, holiday leave, and wellness programs.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions.
  • Remote work flexibility with frequent field engagement opportunities.
  • Professional development, training, and leadership growth initiatives.
