JOB DESCRIPTION/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN:

• Develop thermal system design including performing CAE for battery module development.
• Battery Module System design and component development.
• Onsite collaboration on daily basis would be required with battery module, battery system teams

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Mature the ongoing thermal system and take it drawing release and production.
• Develop new concepts and seek for continuous design improvement.
• Support new technology development.
• Extreme ownership of the parts from design, manufacture and production release

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Mechanical or Thermal Engineering
• Minimum 6+ years in this capacity

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Battery Module/Pack Thermal Design
• Thermal System integration
• Analytical tools for thermal system design, FlowEFD, Ansys, Star-CCM+
• Thermal Engineering
