Overview
The Digital Experience Manager is responsible for the design, development, and optimization of high-converting websites, landing pages and key website sections. This role uses a data-driven approach, combining creative design with SEO and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) best practices to increase organic traffic, generate leads, and maximize conversion rates.
Responsibilities
- Own the web roadmap and determine flow of work based on impact, effort, and business priorities.
- Lead end-to-end website design: discovery, IA, wireframes, prototypes, component library, and design system alignment; orchestrate UAT and launch.
- Manage and maintain site content, blogs, and digital assets; create high-performing product pages and campaign landing pages with clear CTAs.
- Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) with A/B and multivariate testing, form optimization, and on-site search tuning.
- Implement on-page SEO/GEO best practices for all landing pages and website content, including meta descriptions, title tags, headers, and internal links.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value opportunities and strategically integrate keywords into content.
- Oversee on-page optimization, internal linking, and link-earning strategies.
- Track and improve organic goals: impressions, CTR, rankings, sessions, engagement, and conversions.
- Improve Core Web Vitals and page speed, image optimization, and code performance practices.
- Design and deploy real-time, privacy-first personalization that dynamically adapts page content and layouts to each visitor’s behavior, preferences, and context
- Manage international web needs; URL strategy, language-region mapping, translation workflows, and in-country review.
- Build dashboards, testing outcomes, and conversion paths.
- Coordinate with IT on running recurring audits for accessibility, compliance, and performance; track remediation to closure.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, HCI/Design, Information Systems, or related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- At least 5 years in website design/UX and SEO; experience in global B2B strongly preferred.
- Previous experience owning processes preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
- Website design and UX: IA, wireframing, prototyping (Figma/Sketch), component-based design systems, and accessibility best practices.
- SEO and GEO: keyword/topic strategy, on-page optimization, structured data, internal linking; familiarity with AI
- Overviews and LLM sourcing behavior.
- Technical SEO: site architecture
- Experience with personalization and testing
- CMS administration
- Data Analytics
- Working HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript for on-page fixes and QA.
- Strong project management, organization and communication; ability to translate business goals into technical requirements and design specs. Strong research skills.
- Curiosity and growth mindset: stays current on marketing trends, search/AI updates, UX patterns, and privacy regulations.
