As part of the Open Road Collision group DBA Bill Knight Collision, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality collision repair services with exceptional customer care. Our team is dedicated to restoring vehicles to pre-accident conditions while making the repair process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our customers. We're currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Estimator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and provide accurate damage estimates using estimating software (CCC)
• Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and repair technicians throughout the repair process
• Review and update estimates as needed to reflect supplemental damage found during repair
• Maintain up-to-date repair files and documentation
• Coordinate vehicle drop-off and pick-up, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure repair timelines are met
• Ensure all repairs follow OEM guidelines and industry best practices
• Help resolve customer concerns or disputes in a timely and professional manner

• Minimum 2 years of experience in collision estimating or similar role
• Strong knowledge of vehicle repair procedures and insurance repair guidelines
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• I-CAR certification or willingness to obtain (preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
