Accountabilities:- Design, develop, and optimize highly scalable Android applications and SDKs that support identity and security solutions.
- Own the full mobile development lifecycle, from concept and architecture through implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and infrastructure partners to deliver customer-focused, secure, and reliable solutions.
- Improve system reliability, scalability, performance, and observability across mobile and backend integrations.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, technical roadmaps, and long-term platform strategy.
- Drive software engineering best practices including code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and secure development standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and continuous learning.
- Build developer-focused SDKs and libraries that enable external teams to integrate solutions easily and securely.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of professional Android development experience building production-grade mobile applications and SDKs.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin, with experience in Java and deep knowledge of the Android ecosystem and frameworks.
- Experience across the full mobile development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, release, and monitoring.
- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including observability, maintainability, and secure development.
- Experience working with cloud-based infrastructure, preferably AWS.
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and test-driven development.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in professional software development.
- Experience with identity, authentication, verification systems, or security-focused products is a strong plus.
