Position Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Plant Manager to lead our injection molding plastics manufacturing facility (40–100 employees). This role carries full responsibility for operational performance, cultural leadership, and financial outcomes. The successful candidate will align people, processes, and performance to drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term profitability.

Essential Job Functions:

• Own plant-level performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement.
• Translate company strategy into executable operational plans.
• Build a culture of accountability, performance discipline, and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen leadership capability at the supervisor and frontline levels.
• Drive operational efficiencies through lean principles and data-driven decision-making.
• Manage plant financial performance, including cost control and margin improvement.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards (ISO 9001).
• Support new product launches and process validations.

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in injection molding plastics manufacturing.
• Demonstrated success improving operational and financial performance.
• Strong understanding of molding processes, tooling, automation, and process optimization.
• Experience leading change and building high-performance teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field preferred.
