We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join our team onsite and play a critical role in financial strategy, reporting, and performance optimization across all markets.

Position Overview

The FP&A Manager will work directly with executive leadership and department heads onsite to drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis. This role will provide real-time visibility into company performance and support data-driven decision-making.

This is a high-impact leadership role with direct exposure to ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and monthly rolling forecasts
• Build and maintain multi-market financial models
• Develop KPI dashboards for sales, install, and operations
• Analyze revenue, margins, labor costs, and market profitability
• Provide executive-level reporting and variance analysis
• Support expansion analysis and pro forma modeling
• Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
• Improve financial reporting processes and systems
• Collaborate onsite with leadership to drive performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
• Experience in multi-location or service-based companies preferred
• Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Preferred:

• Experience in home services or construction industry
• ERP system experience
• MBA or CPA (a plus)
