We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join our team onsite and play a critical role in financial strategy, reporting, and performance optimization across all markets.

Position Overview
The FP&A Manager will work directly with executive leadership and department heads onsite to drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis. This role will provide real-time visibility into company performance and support data-driven decision-making.
This is a high-impact leadership role with direct exposure to ownership.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting and monthly rolling forecasts
- Build and maintain multi-market financial models
- Develop KPI dashboards for sales, install, and operations
- Analyze revenue, margins, labor costs, and market profitability
- Provide executive-level reporting and variance analysis
- Support expansion analysis and pro forma modeling
- Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
- Improve financial reporting processes and systems
- Collaborate onsite with leadership to drive performance

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience
- Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
- Experience in multi-location or service-based companies preferred
- Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Preferred:
- Experience in home services or construction industry
- ERP system experience
- MBA or CPA (a plus)
