We are a growing team looking for a Regional People Manager, East (Poland, Turkey and Romania), in the People department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is in our Wrocław office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO …
As a Regional People Manager, you’ll work on interesting responsibilities like supporting organizational changes and HR transformational projects. You’ll be collaborating closely with other Regional People Managers, and our Director, PBP. In this role, you will …
- Provide coaching support and advisory services to Senior Managers, RGM s aimed at fostering a high-performance culture, including the facilitation of talent assessment processes and the delivery of structured feedback and recommendations.
- Act as a high-level point of contact for people-related topics, providing guidance and advisory support to managers.
- Manage a team of People team professionals of People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Specialists and People Operations.
- Support the design and implementation of key People programs (such as career paths, performance management frameworks, compensation and reward structures, and local training initiatives) through analysis, documentation, and recommendations.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and analyses related to people's data, including trend analysis and periodic reporting to support stakeholder decision-making.
- Provide operational support services related to people's processes (such as payroll coordination, hiring and offboarding processes), including monitoring progress, identifying issues, and liaising with relevant stakeholders and external providers.
- Lead the project management of benefits harmonization initiatives across multiple legal entities in Poland, including requirements analysis, stakeholder coordination, timeline management, risk identification, and the preparation of recommendations.
- Provide advisory and execution support to the business in the design, implementation, and roll-out of new Target Operating Models, including impact assessments, process documentation, and change-related recommendations.
- Provide high level employee relations advisory services, including the analysis of employee relations topics, preparation of guidance for managers, and support in interactions with employees or employee representative bodies.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR …
- Masters in HR Management, Business Administration or similar fields.
- 3 years of experience as Regional People Manager, Sr. PBP, proven track records leading people.
- Experience working for a corporate structured organization, with flexibility to implement structure to a non-structured organization like sennder.
- Full professional proficiency in English and Polish, with exceptional written skills in both languages.
- Experience working on projects like the implementation of a new payroll system, navigating organizational merges, and exposure to logistics environments.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A curious mind with a proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability and agility in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
