We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join a dynamic multi-state practice focusing on real estate and creditors rights. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex civil litigation matters, including foreclosure, bankruptcy, and loss mitigation, while engaging in a collaborative and technology-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in civil procedure, motions practice, and proactive case management. You will contribute to superior client outcomes, maintain high standards of professionalism, and work in a role that balances independent responsibility with teamwork. This position supports both remote work and occasional court appearances, providing flexibility and broad exposure to diverse legal challenges.
Accountabilities:
  • Manage assigned matters across real estate, civil litigation, and creditors rights with proficiency in case management software.
  • Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and other key documents to support litigation strategies.
  • Represent clients in court appearances, including foreclosures, evictions, and related proceedings, with some travel required.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant statutes, including TILA, RESPA, and FDCPA, as well as Title & Lien priorities and claims.
  • Collaborate with team members, provide mentorship where appropriate, and maintain proactive communication with clients.
  • Support loss mitigation efforts and other strategic initiatives to protect client interests.
Requirements:
  • Active membership in the Arizona State Bar; additional Bar licenses are a plus.
  • 58 years of experience in real estate, civil litigation, or creditors rights practice.
  • Strong knowledge of civil procedure, motions practice, foreclosure, eviction, and creditors rights law.
  • Proficiency with case management and reporting software to track and manage matters effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex legal issues clearly.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to legal challenges.
  • Commitment to superior client service, professional judgment, and collaborative teamwork.
