This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Engineer Forward Deployment Management in the United States.
This role sits at the forefront of conversational AI innovation, leading the deployment of next-generation agentic voice and chat solutions for strategic customers. You will combine deep technical expertise in LLMs, voice stacks, and full-stack development with a customer-facing mindset to design, implement, and optimize intelligent virtual agents in real-world production environments. Acting as a bridge between customer engineering teams and core product groups, you will transform complex business requirements into scalable AI-driven workflows. From prompt engineering to performance tuning and A/B testing, your work will directly shape how enterprises leverage advanced automation. This is an opportunity to operate in a high-visibility, high-impact environment where experimentation, iteration, and measurable outcomes drive success.
Accountabilities:- Lead the design and deployment of multi-step conversational workflows using agentic frameworks, enabling LLM-powered agents to execute complex, multi-tool tasks.
- Fine-tune large language models to optimize performance, reduce latency, and minimize hallucinations in real-time voice and chat interactions.
- Develop and deploy custom full-stack solutions (Python/JavaScript) that integrate AI agents with enterprise backend systems such as CRM, ERP, and knowledge bases.
- Engineer and iterate advanced prompts (e.g., few-shot, chain-of-thought) to ensure contextual accuracy, logical consistency, and reliable tool usage.
- Optimize text-to-speech (TTS) systems to refine tone, pacing, prosody, and emotional accuracy aligned with brand voice and customer experience standards.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance monitoring to continuously improve conversational quality, acoustic performance, and system responsiveness.
- Serve as the embedded technical expert for customer engagements, translating business objectives into scalable AI-driven solutions.
- Manage end-to-end production deployments, leveraging real-world usage data to drive iterative optimization and platform enhancements.
- Provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams, identifying LLM limitations, edge cases, and opportunities for platform innovation.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Lead) within AI/ML or complex SaaS environments.
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying LLM-based solutions using agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.
- Strong expertise in voice technology stacks and TTS integration, including prompt engineering for speech synthesis control (tone, pacing, prosody).
- Proven ability to craft and manage iterative prompts guiding generative logic and conversational flow in production systems.
- Solid programming skills in Python for prototyping, API integrations, and production deployment; familiarity with JavaScript and modern DevOps practices preferred.
- Experience conducting A/B testing and performance evaluation in AI-driven applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose LLM failure modes and optimize system behavior.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex AI concepts into clear guidance for both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, iterative, and highly collaborative environments.
Benefits:
- Competitive total compensation ranging from $124,000 to $271,200 USD, based on experience, qualifications, and location.
- Eligibility for performance-based bonuses and equity participation.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Retirement savings options.
- Generous paid time off and flexible work arrangements (remote or hybrid, depending on role alignment).
- Inclusive, growth-oriented culture with strong emphasis on innovation and career development.
- Wellness initiatives supporting physical, emotional, and financial well-being.
