CNC TRUMP FIBER LASER OPERATOR $18+ in at Lloyd Richards Personnel

1040 Trump fiber laser. Good listener, good transportation, exp. with forklift (A Must) Clean-up around your machine, willingness to extend hours, when necessary, must-read calipers and tape measure and be mechanically inclined.

Shift: 2nd 3:30pm-1:30am Monday- Thursday

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Requirements

• Prefer to have at least 2 solid years on Laser: Trumpf, NTC, Mitsubishi, Tanaka, Bystronic, Cincinnati
• This is a Trumpf 1040 Fiber (6kw)
• Mitsubishi XL 6030- 4.5KW CO2
• Both these machines are CNC Laser
• Must be able to operate siemens controller (laser)
• Operate Fanuc controller (laser)
• Operate window base touch screen controllers
• Palletizing and tagging jobs as they are cut
• Clean up parts to customer specifications
• Must be able to do the following:
• Read customer and shop prints
• Read a tape measure
• Real calipers
• Must know and understand plate thickness, grades, and material type
• Operate Overhead Crane
• Operate 5,000 to 15,000lb forklifts
• Must be able to stand at least 8 hours and bend at the waist and knees
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
