LPN at Trillion Health & Hormone – Wichita, Kansas

Part time - T, W, Th 8am-5pm

Position Summary:

This role is a critical member of the clinical team, which support our patients throughout their visit and assists other clinic staff with rooming patients, taking vitals, drawing blood for labs, assisting in medical aesthetic procedures, administering medication, documenting, and other necessary components of the patient’s visit. This role embodies our passion for serving women and supporting our “patient-first” mission.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

· Greets patients, answers questions, books appointments, facilitates patient requests.

· Draws blood for labs.

· Charts vitals, medication administration, and patient information.

· Maintains clinic flow and provider time.

· Assists with front office responsibilities when required.

· Educates patients on treatments, medications, and procedures.

· Maintains a neat and clean work environment and professional appearance with adherence to relevant health and safety procedures.

· Discharges patients, assists office and clinical staff with closing the clinic.

Qualifications:

· Active LPN license in the state where position is located.

· Experience with blood draws (phlebotomy).

· Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

· Experience with EHR systems, strong preference for AdvancedMD.

· Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to explain medications, treatments, and products clearly to patients.
