Part-Time Rental Agent at National Car Rental – Lethbridge, Alberta

National Car Rental in Lethbridge is seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused individual to join their team as a Part-Time Rental Agent! The successful candidate will work only on weekends (each Saturday and Sunday) from 8:00am to 2:00pm, making this the perfect opportunity to earn extra income as a secondary job or while going to school. There is opportunity to work additional hours Monday through Friday during the summer months.

What You’ll Do:

• Take reservations for vehicle rental needs and explain rental fees, availability, policies and procedures
• Prepare and complete paperwork accurately
• Process payments and recommend additional insurance and products that come with the vehicle rental
• Check mileage and damage inspection when vehicles are returned
• Perform general Reception duties such as answering phones and assisting customers in a friendly, courteous and prompt manner

What You Bring:

• 2-3 years’ experience in a customer service setting and/or administrative setting with a positive attitude to deliver a great customer experience
• Strong written communication skills to accurately detail customer concerns in each work order
• Exceptional verbal communication skills to develop relationships and ensure customer loyalty
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Proficiency in the use of computers
• High school diploma and valid driver’s license
