Marketing Coordinator at LOOKOUT PEST CONTROL LLC – Rossville, Georgia

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator with 1–2 years of experience who’s passionate about content creation, digital engagement, and building authentic connections online. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing many hats, and wants to grow with a company that’s redefining pest control marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop engaging photos, videos, graphics, and copy for email, social media, text messaging, and other digital channels.
• Community Engagement: Actively interact with followers, fans, and prospects on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok platforms—building real, authentic connections.
• Content Curation: Source and share relevant, interesting, and educational content from trusted industry and community sources.
• Campaign Support: Assist in executing marketing playbooks for digital engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness. Maintain the campaign calendar for the marketing team.
• Educational Content: Contribute to developing blog posts, tips, and other resources to inform and support customers (experience a plus). Maintain the editorial calendar for the marketing team.
• Analytics & Organization: Track, measure, and organize activities so that tactical efforts align with broader marketing strategy.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional marketing experience (internships or agency work may qualify if it equals at least 1 year of experience).
• Experience with content development (photo, video, and copywriting).
• Experience managing and engaging communities on social platforms.
• Basic knowledge of email, SMS, or social media campaign tools.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in the pest control or home services industry (preferred).
