The Opportunity:

As a Project Manager, you will be a central force behind project execution, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and workflows. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and prioritization to ensure deadlines are met, obstacles are addressed, and teams remain aligned.

This role plays a critical part in driving projects to completion on time and within scope while continuously optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Project Planning: Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
  • Traffic & Workflow Management: Manage the intake, prioritization, and movement of projects across teams, ensuring smooth transitions and operational efficiency.
  • Scheduling & Resource Allocation: Develop and manage project timelines, assign tasks, and balance team workloads to maximize productivity.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Partner closely with internal teams to maintain alignment, streamline communication, and meet deadlines.
  • Bottleneck Identification & Resolution: Anticipate workflow challenges and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine project management tools, systems, and workflows to improve efficiency and collaboration.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Reporting: Maintain accurate tracking of project progress and provide timely updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Deadline & Deliverable Management: Ensure all projects are delivered on time while maintaining high standards of quality and execution.

Project Management (65–70%)

  • Project planning and execution

  • Scheduling and resource allocation
