Description:
ATA Services Inc is currently seeking to hire a Part Time Warehouse Assistant to work on a temporary assignment in Santa Fe, NM.
- Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour with weekly pay
- Start Date: April 6, 2026
- End Date: August 28, 2026
- Job Location: Santa Fe, NM
- Schedule: 21-35 hours weekly; Monday-Friday 8:30AM - 3:00PM, 30 min lunch.
This position exists to assist with the operations of the New Mexico Department of Health Pharmacy Wholesale Distribution Warehouse and to support clinical services to over 40 Public Health offices, provider agreement sites and Opioid prevention site statewide.
Responsibilities
- Assist with inventory receiving, including verifying and organizing incoming shipments
- Support pulling and preparing medication and supply orders accurately
- Assist with packing and shipping outgoing orders in a timely manner
- Provide support with SHARE financial processes (training provided)
- Perform filing and general administrative tasks
- Assist with warehouse inventory preparation and organization
- Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills; willingness to learn new systems (including SHARE financials)
- Effective time management and reliability
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to climb ladders and perform frequent lifting, lowering, pushing, and pulling
- Capability to handle items up to 40 pounds regularly
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Ability to work with Visual/Video Display Terminals (VDT) for extended periods
