About the Role
This is a travel-heavy, hands-on field service role.
You will travel to hospitals, labs, and healthcare facilities to install, maintain, diagnose, and repair medical electro-mechanical equipment. This is physical, independent field work — not office-based support and not an IT help desk role.

• Diagnose electrical and mechanical failures at the FRU/component level
• Replace parts including motors, sensors, connectors, wiring assemblies, and related components
• Use diagnostic tools such as digital multimeters and other field test equipment
• Document service activity, findings, and repairs accurately
• Work independently in hospital and regulated customer environments
• Manage frequent travel, overnight stays, and changing field schedules
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• FRU-level diagnostics and component replacement experience
• Professional use of diagnostic tools such as a digital multimeter
• Ability to work independently at customer sites with minimal supervision
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel up to 80%, including overnight stays

• Must be currently based in Florida, preferably in or near the Miami area
