- Develop high-performing paid media content by generating creative concepts, hooks, and scripts tailored for platforms such as TikTok, Meta, and YouTube
- Translate product features into engaging, audience-focused messaging that drives conversions and engagement
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and marketing teams to execute campaigns from ideation through post-production
- Provide on-set creative direction during video shoots to ensure messaging, tone, and pacing align with campaign goals
- Analyze campaign performance data to iterate on content and continuously improve results
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining quality and consistency across a high volume of deliverables
- Stay current with social media trends, formats, and audience behaviors to keep content fresh and relevant
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, copywriting, or creative strategy, with a focus on paid media and digital video
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful social campaigns, video scripts, and performance-driven creative work
- Deep understanding of platform-specific content strategies across major social and digital channels
- Proven ability to translate data insights into creative improvements and new campaign ideas
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and production teams
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a focus on clarity, brevity, and impact
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with video production processes and on-set direction is a strong plus
- Competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $125,000 annually
