- Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation
- Conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, and negotiations to close new deals
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients, prioritizing opportunities effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing satisfaction
- Provide insights and feedback to product and marketing teams to improve offerings and client experiences
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities to guide strategy
- Navigate complex RFPs and tailor solutions to meet client needs while demonstrating value
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in corporate gifting, professional services, or SaaS
- Proven ability to generate pipeline independently and close enterprise-level accounts
- Consistent record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and time management skills
- Proficient in CRM software with a strong focus on data hygiene and pipeline management
