This role is ideal for a strategic, results-oriented sales professional with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth. Accountabilities:
  • Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation
  • Conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, and negotiations to close new deals
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients, prioritizing opportunities effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing satisfaction
  • Provide insights and feedback to product and marketing teams to improve offerings and client experiences
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities to guide strategy
  • Navigate complex RFPs and tailor solutions to meet client needs while demonstrating value
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in corporate gifting, professional services, or SaaS
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline independently and close enterprise-level accounts
  • Consistent record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and time management skills
  • Proficient in CRM software with a strong focus on data hygiene and pipeline management
