This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of brand, communications, and content. You will be responsible for ensuring a consistent, compelling brand presence across external channels, PR initiatives, organic social, and messaging frameworks. The position requires translating complex product and strategy inputs into clear, market-ready narratives while collaborating with internal teams and agency partners. You will play a central role in shaping the company’s public voice, supporting executive thought leadership, and guiding brand-aligned campaigns that resonate with audiences. This is a high-impact, execution-driven position where creativity, discipline, and operational excellence converge to amplify the brand story.
- Maintain and operationalize the core brand narrative and messaging hierarchy across all external channels
- Ensure consistent voice, tone, and framing across web, PR, social, content, and product launches
- Review agency deliverables to ensure alignment with brand standards and narrative discipline
- Partner with PR teams to develop story angles, executive visibility, and thought leadership materials
- Own organic social strategy, editorial planning, and content theme development
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and executive leadership to maintain cohesive messaging across campaigns and communications
- 7–10 years of experience in brand, communications, PR, or content marketing
- Experience in B2B SaaS or complex technology environments
- Strong writing, editing, and narrative judgment
- Comfortable working with senior leaders and agency partners
- Hands-on, organized, and execution-oriented with experience operating within established brand systems
- Ability to translate strategic inputs into market-ready messaging at scale
