Prepare food according to Mission’s set standards.Aid fellow kitchen staff in the preparation of food items.Set up allocated stations as instructed by the BOH Leadership.Embody and promote consistency and efficiency in food preparation, food handling, sanitization, and safety standards.Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers!What We Are Looking For:

Candidates who possess at least one year of restaurant cooking experience.Delivery of superior food and beverage service, maximizing customer satisfaction.Upholds ideals, values, and practices that are the foundation of Mission Yogurt: Loyalty, Innovation, Service, Communication, and Flexibility.Adheres to Mission Yogurt's safety, sanitation, and cleanliness policies and practices.Ensures all operating and quality standards are met.Upholds a professional and ethical management style and presentation.Assesses work-related issues in a professional manner and exercises honest, non-biased judgment.Previous experience as a line cook, BOH prep, grill cook, and team member.Ensures safety and security of both guests and team members.Must be able to pass a 10-year background check per TSA guidelines.Physical Demands:

Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours. Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching overhead, and lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds, and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion.
