Ohio Valley Voices is a 501C3 organization that teaches children that are deaf and hard of hearing how to listen and talk.

The Parent Infant Program Provider is responsible for leading parent education sessions with families and infants aged birth through 16 months. Ohio Valley Voices Kentucky location is an additional location to our Loveland, OH campus.

Job Description:

Parent-Infant Provider

• Provides parent education in a 1:1 setting with parents who have children with hearing loss. Education focuses on topics related to hearing loss, advocacy, global developmental norms
• Provides individual therapy for infants and toddlers with hearing loss
• Plans and implement all lessons in accordance with the approved curriculum’s objectives
• Plans a program that attempts to meet the needs of the individual child and that provides experiences to challenge each child
• Treats each child with dignity and respect handling problems in a positive loving manner
• Maintains the order and appearance of your room, cabinets, materials and equipment
• Completes daily therapy plans in advance of each lesson and maintains a lesson plan binder
• Communicates regularly with parents and provide information about and classroom activities
• Keeps accurate records on all students including progress reports, attendance records, and individual portfolios

• Master's degree in speech language pathology
