Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and sanitizing bathrooms to ensure a pristine environment.
Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, dining spaces, and recreational facilities by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and organizing.
Handle floor care tasks including stripping, waxing, buffing, and deep cleaning of various flooring surfaces to preserve their appearance and safety.
Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests and staff.
Follow established safety procedures during cleaning activities and operate janitorial equipment responsibly.
Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and sanitation practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles within hospitality or industrial settings is highly preferred.
Knowledge of floor care techniques including stripping, waxing, polishing, and carpet cleaning.
Previous hotel experience or background in hospitality environments is advantageous.
Strong understanding of janitorial practices with the ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently.
Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
