EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and support impactful mission outcomes as an Executive Assistant at GDIT. Here, you'll enable the success of the most critical government missions and the growth of a meaningful career in Administration.
MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As an Executive Assistant, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of a high-priority customer. You will play a crucial role in the operations of the office.
• Coordinate and process Joint Duty Military Performance Reports, Awards, Pays and Allowances. (Approximately 10-12 joint awards and 15 various service military officer and enlisted performance reports per month);
• Work closely with Executive Assistant and members of the Staff Directorate to process service-specific FitReps or equivalent
• Greet visitors and ensure appropriate security and administrative procedures are followed for entering the secure facility and escort visitors as necessary.
• Review all Defense Travel System (DTS) transactions for completeness and correctness, and forward to approving official for final approval with 48 hrs. of receiving request.
• The contractor oversees conference room calendars in Share Point sites, manages the scheduling of conference rooms and assisting with conference room set up and preparation for meetings.
• The contractor is required to attend and participate in various team, workgroup meetings. Support the development, documentation and implementation of procedures, policies and practices to support the efficient execution of all tasks. The contractor shall be required to efficiently, effectively, and professionally interact with Civilian, Military, and Contractor personnel in the office for the purpose of administrative, personnel, and office management customer support.
• Ensure all newly arrived and departing personnel (both military and civilian) are properly in/out-processed into/from the organization, including all management records databases.

• Education: Associates of Arts/Associates of Science
• Experience: 4+ years of related experience
• Security clearance level: TS with SCI eligibility

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $91,375.00 - $123,625.00. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
