This role provides the opportunity to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge Salesforce Agentforce solutions, shaping AI-powered customer experiences for enterprise clients. As a Salesforce Agentforce Architect, you will define technical architectures, design integrations, and oversee the end-to-end execution of complex AI agent projects. You will collaborate with clients, project teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, high-impact solutions. This position emphasizes innovation, problem-solving, and hands-on leadership, providing exposure to generative AI, automation, and enterprise Salesforce technologies. Accountabilities:
  • Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce Agentforce implementations, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and deliver measurable impact.
  • Deep dive into Agentforce capabilities, identifying novel approaches to maximize automation, efficiency, and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clients, solution architects, developers, UX designers, and project managers to translate complex business needs into actionable technical solutions.
  • Oversee all stages of project lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and optimization.
  • Maintain awareness of Salesforce product updates and emerging technologies to continuously enhance solution strategies.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to development teams on best practices for scalable and maintainable architecture.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in application or software development, with 4+ years in Salesforce development roles.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript; working knowledge of modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce technologies including Flows, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
  • Understanding of front-end web development principles (HTML/CSS) and integration best practices.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with source control, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles.
  • Preferred: Experience with Agentic AI systems, generative AI, and Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist).
