Accountabilities:
  • Lead the Simplebid marketing team, managing workflow, deadlines, and team development to ensure high-quality proposals and marketing deliverables.
  • Review and manage JOC RFP opportunities, making go/no-go decisions and engaging with potential clients to craft proposals that reflect their needs.
  • Develop market-specific written or design content, including executive summary presentations, non-competitive proposals, and added-service materials.
  • Maintain proposal content libraries and manage CRM records within tools like Deltek VantagePoint and Loopio.
  • Ensure quality control across all proposals, including brand standards, clarity, grammar, and compliance with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with leadership, senior project managers, and cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and support strategic planning initiatives.
  • Track marketing KPIs, oversee research efforts, and ensure effective sales-to-service transitions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in professional services or market-specific business development.
  • Proven expertise in proposal production, content creation, and marketing communications.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to edit and produce high-quality materials.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with team management, strategic thinking, and project oversight.
  • Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Trello, Deltek CRM Vision, HubSpot, and other marketing platforms.
  • Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Enthusiasm for innovation, process improvement, and client-focused marketing strategies.

Benefits:
  • Annual salary range: $70,300 $87,875 USD, with potential discretionary bonuses.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision coverage, and flexible spending account options.
  • Paid time off, flexible schedules, remote work options, and 401(k) plan.
  • Professional growth opportunities and access to company-sponsored development programs.
  • Collaborative, inclusive, and equity-focused culture supporting diversity and employee engagement.
