Malwarebytes/ThreatDown is looking for..

A strategic, relationship-driven Sr. Channel Marketing Manager EMEA & APAC to lead regional channel marketing initiatives across EMEA & APAC partner efforts. This role will be based in the EMEA region and serve as the primary marketing partner to our Channel Sales team and ecosystem of VARs, MSPs, resellers, and distribution partners.

As a channel-first cybersecurity SaaS organization, our growth depends on building strong, trusted partnerships and activating our partners with impactful co-marketing programs. This role will focus on developing joint marketing plans, executing high-impact events and sponsorships (virtual and in-person), and positioning ThreatDown as a best-in-class partner in the cybersecurity ecosystem.

The ideal candidate combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, thrives in cross-functional environments, and understands how to drive pipeline through partner relationships in complex, multi-region markets.

What You Will Do:

Serve as the primary marketing partner to EMEA & APAC Channel Sales, aligning on regional revenue goals, partner priorities, and co-marketing strategies. Develop and execute joint marketing plans with key VARs, MSPs, resellers, and distribution partners across the target regions. Plan and execute partner-led and co-branded activities including: In-person events (roadshows, partner days, executive roundtables, trade shows) Virtual events (webinars, workshops, enablement sessions) Sponsorships (industry events, digital placements, partner campaigns) Manage Market Development Funds (MDF) and co-op budgets, including proposal review, allocation tracking, ROI measurement, and performance reporting. Work with Product Marketing to localize messaging and deliver partner-ready assets tailored to regional market needs. Support distribution marketing initiatives, including distributor-led campaigns, promotions, and enablement programs. Ensure ThreatDown maintains a strong presence within key regional partner ecosystems and industry associations. Track, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness, partner engagement, pipeline influence, and ROI across the target regions. Act as the voice of regional partners internally, sharing feedback to improve programs, messaging, and enablement.

Skills You'll Need to Have:

6–10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally within cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or channel-first organizations. Proven experience in partner/channel marketing across EMEA & APAC markets. Strong understanding of the channel ecosystem, including MSPs, VARs, resellers, and distributors. Experience developing and executing joint marketing plans and managing MDF budgets. Demonstrated success executing field events, partner roadshows, trade shows, and digital campaigns. Strong cross-cultural communication skills and experience working across multiple countries and regions. Ability to build strong relationships with Channel Sales leaders and external partners. Experience tracking partner-influenced and partner-sourced pipeline metrics. Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple partners and campaigns simultaneously. Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms. Willingness to travel within EMEA & APAC as required. Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
