Officer – Site Reliability at Arthur Lawrence – Riyadh

Arthur Lawrence is urgently looking for an Officer – Site Reliability for a client in Riyadh, KSA. Kindly review the job requirements below. Your immediate application will enable us to place you successfully.

Must-Have:

• 4+ years of experience in IT Support, NOC, operations roles with exposure to cloud or platform environments.
• Skilled in infrastructure management, SRE, incident management, disaster recovery, and ITIL compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of routine maintenance, reporting, runbook updates, and following security/compliance procedures.
• Prior experience in automation scripts and incident documentation
• Experience in monitoring dashboards, escalating incidents, and supporting daily platform health checks.

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Professional Certifications such Basic SRE or DevOps Certification (Google/Microsoft/LinkedIn), Kubernetes, Bash/Python scripting knowledge, ITIL Foundation
