Edwards Auto Group in Council Bluffs, IA is looking for an Automotive Finance Manager to join the team! The Finance Manager will provide excellent customer service while providing financing options for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensures a smooth transition from Sales to Finance during the customer’s vehicle purchase process
• Work with Sales team to train & assist with selling methods
• Work directly with lenders & customers to develop strong relationships
• Determine financing needs and payment options with customer
• Present pricing and financing options to customers
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Set and achieve sales goals assigned
• Complete all administrative processes in a timely manner
• Follow all company policies and compliance procedures

• Motorsports/Automotive Finance experience is required
• Excellent communications skills
• Must be organized and detailed
• Time efficiency is a must
