Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) - Weekends Only 7am-7pm at Chapters Living of Carmel – Carmel, Indiana

• Administer medication to residents as prescribed by their physician
• Monitor residents for any adverse reactions to medication and report any concerns to the nursing staff
• Maintain accurate medication records and documentation
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

• Must be a Certified Medication Aide in the state of practice
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
