Requirements

• Bachelors degree in engineering or related field; a master's degree or Ph.D. is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in a research and development role focused on software engineering, data science, or AI.
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages and software tools.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols in a R&D environment.
• Knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, Operating Systems, and Database internals.
• Familiarity with programming languages like Java, Golang, Rust, and Python.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, adaptability, and attention to detail skills.
