This role will be integral in supporting a range of corporate transactions for a diverse clientele, enabling early stage and growth stage companies to navigate complex legal frameworks. • Manage and support a variety of corporate transactions and governance matters.
• Draft and review transactional agreements efficiently and clearly.
• Assist in advising clients on a full spectrum of corporate legal matters.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful transaction closings.
• Utilize cap table management tools and Excel for transaction management.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in corporate transactional law.
• Familiarity with National Venture Capital Association forms.
• Experience with convertible debt and preferred equity financing.
• Strong drafting skills for purchase and sale agreements and service level contracts.
• Current Illinois or Colorado license, or qualification for comity.
