- Manage and support a variety of corporate transactions and governance matters.
- Draft and review transactional agreements efficiently and clearly.
- Assist in advising clients on a full spectrum of corporate legal matters.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful transaction closings.
- Utilize cap table management tools and Excel for transaction management.
- 3-6 years of experience in corporate transactional law.
- Familiarity with National Venture Capital Association forms.
- Experience with convertible debt and preferred equity financing.
- Strong drafting skills for purchase and sale agreements and service level contracts.
- Current Illinois or Colorado license, or qualification for comity.
