Responsibilities
- Develop and ensure compliance with global guidelines and standards for the creation, maintenance, and use of master data
- Create and manage complex master data (Manufactured Finished Goods and Plant Masters)
- Design and develop solutions to deliver reliable, actionable data for decision-making
- Partner with various stakeholders to translate business requirements to technical specifications
- Lead global and regional master data and Power BI projects
- Backup and support other master data and Power BI team members
- Manage business priorities with regard to requested master data maintenance and Power BI activities.
- Responsible for the timely creation and modification of master data elements for worldwide requests of business partners, materials, bill of materials and other requested elements.
- Monitor and control key master data
- Act as Winshuttle script developer for master data department
Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE MINIMUMS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated understanding of supply chain typically acquired through several years of experience in a similar role.
- 5 years of experience of master data set up and proficiency in SAP
- Proficiency in Power BI
- Experience in project management and support
- Ability to work productively in a cross functional team environment
- Influencing, negotiating and diplomacy skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to effectively solve problems and resolve conflicts
- Demonstrates strong organizational abilities, effectively prioritizing tasks, creating realistic timelines, and consistently meeting deadlines to ensure smooth workflow and highquality outcomes.
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Able to travel as required
- Skills, software knowledge and/or certifications specific to the industry/function
- Able to work independently
- Demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS tools
