Job Title: Nursing Educator-Orientation & Training

Location: Misrata, Libya

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Educator to design, deliver, and oversee orientation and training programs for nursing staff, ensuring high standards of clinical practice and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement orientation programs for new nursing staff
• Plan and conduct in-service training and continuing education sessions
• Assess training needs and create educational materials and workshops
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and update content as needed
• Mentor and guide nursing staff to enhance clinical competencies
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and clinical standards
• Maintain records of training activities, certifications, and staff competencies
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to improve patient care and staff performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or Nursing Education
• Valid nursing license in Libya
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a teaching or training role
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and nursing best practices
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills

Preferred:

• Certification in Nursing Education or Clinical Teaching
• Experience in hospital staff development and competency assessment
