About the roleThis is a senior individual contributor role focused on building customer-requested functionality, integrations, and data solutions using C#, .NET, and SQL Server. You will receive defined requirements and work closely with internal teams to implement solutions accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.While the role is execution-focused, this is also an opportunity to help establish and mature our Professional Services development function — including contributing to development standards, reusable patterns, documentation, and technical processes as the team grows. It is best suited for someone who enjoys hands-on development, clear direction, and the chance to help shape how work is delivered, without people management or product ownership.
What you'll doSenior Technical Contribution & ExecutionAct as a senior technical contributor on customer implementation and data conversion projects, delivering work from defined requirements through completionProvide guidance and technical support to other developers as the team growsContribute to establishing development standards, documentation practices, and reusable technical assets to improve consistency and delivery over timeData ConversionsDesign, develop, and optimize data migration pipelines from legacy systems into The Mortgage Office SQL Server databaseParticipate in data mapping and analysis activities to identify schema differences, dependencies, and validation requirementsBuild and execute ETL processes and validation tools to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrityCustom Development & IntegrationsDevelop customer-requested modules, integrations, and automation tools based on defined requirementsUtilize The Mortgage Office API and related technologies to support data exchange between systemsCollaborate with internal teams to identify repeatable solutions and improve implementation efficiency
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of experience in software development, preferably within enterprise, ERP, or financial software environments.Advanced proficiency in:Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, optimization)C# / .NET Framework and .NET CoreETL scripting and data transformation workflowsRESTful API integration and data exchange formats (JSON, XML)Proven experience leading technical projects or implementations for enterprise clients.Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, or comparable source control and CI/CD platforms.

The pay range for this role is:
120,000 - 140,000 USD per year(Huntington Beach, CA (HQ))
