In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the way data influences business decisions. You will collaborate closely with business leaders to define critical KPIs and deliver insights that drive operational excellence. Your expertise will enable teams to optimize marketing and financial processes through data-driven strategies. • Work with business leaders to implement best practices for measuring business processes and define critical KPIs.
• Drive frameworks to measure marketing, customer success, and financial processes using industry-standard metrics.
• Communicate insights through reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making.
• Create a playbook for quarter-end close activities and financial forecasting.
• Influence process teams to address process gaps leading to data issues.
• Collaborate with data engineering and science teams to enhance data sources.
• Synthesize large data sets with attention to detail and address data quality issues.
• Support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Automate repetitive processes and build self-serve tools for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics.
• Fluent in English.
• Understanding of go-to-market and post-sales processes in a SaaS business.
• Experience with SaaS metrics such as Renewals and Churn.
• Familiarity with data modeling and transformation tools like DBT.
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS business metrics.
• Proficiency in analytical SQL, Excel, and visualization tools like Tableau.
• Exposure to large-scale data warehouses and complex data models.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to handle ambiguity.
• Experience initiating and leading cross-functional projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Engineering or Statistics.
