- Own and lead a strategic book of business, driving account health, retention, and expansion aligned with revenue and product objectives
- Develop and execute long-term growth strategies for client portfolios, increasing dependency on products and services
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building relationships across all levels, including senior executives
- Influence product strategy by leveraging client insights and usage data to suggest enhancements that maximize client value
- Act as a strategic bridge between clients and internal teams, advocating for high-impact product and process improvements
- Identify adoption trends, expansion opportunities, and risks, and proactively develop mitigation and growth plans
- Partner with leadership on client strategy, ensuring the organization remains indispensable to key clients
- Represent the company at industry events to strengthen relationships and market presence
- 7+ years of progressive account management or client leadership experience with demonstrated success in net revenue retention, expansion, and long-term client value
- Experience in structured finance, ABS, lending, capital markets, FinTech, or closely related financial services
- Executive-level communication and relationship skills, able to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset, capable of synthesizing client, usage, and market data into actionable plans
- High organizational rigor with attention to detail to manage complex, multi-stakeholder accounts
- Technical aptitude to quickly understand and articulate complex SaaS products and workflows
- Calm, adaptable, and resilient under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable building and scaling processes in a growth-stage organization
- Proven problem-solving ability, self-directed learning, and critical thinking skills
