- Craft a strategic roadmap for data teams aligned to company objectives.
- Gather user requirements and understand data needs to ensure solutions address user challenges.
- Deliver quarterly data projects while reinforcing best agile practices.
- Collaborate with business, data, engineering, and analytics stakeholders for project alignment.
- Establish clear KPIs and track performance for continuous improvement.
- Ensure data solutions meet privacy, security, and data quality standards.
- Facilitate agile processes to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide proactive communication regarding project progress and changes.
- Drive documentation to support transparency and onboarding.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of Analyst and/or Product Management experience in Agile environments.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams with clear goal setting.
- Understanding of data-wrangling concepts; experience with data tools like SQL, Tableau.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet and JIRA.
- Strong attention to detail and aptitude for managing complex projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 - $125,000.
