PAY RANGE FROM $16.00 TO $18.00 PER HOUR INCLUDING TIPS; PLUS QUARTERLY BONUS PAYMENTS FOR REACHING GOALS

SERVSAFE FOOD MANAGER CERTIFICATION PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure consistent and quality customer experience by executing brand beverage recipes and techniques, resolving customer relations issues, and leading the team in delivering the Scooter’s “Amazing” customer service experience.

• Maintain speed of service standards during high-volume periods by staying calm, managing an efficient team workflow, anticipating customer needs, and utilizing downtime to prepare for the next rush.

• Develop effective working relationships with team members, identifying individual motivation factors.

• Proactively seek opportunities to increase sales.

• Understand and execute cash handling, point of sale system, and operational procedures in an accurate, consistent manner.

• Ensure team members follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

• Serve as a keyholder, following all opening and closing procedures.

• Demonstrate punctuality, dependability, and adaptability.
