You will navigate the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing, making a significant impact on the company's success and revenue expansion.Accountabilities
- Strategically position the value of software and mold the sales process for mid-market construction businesses
- Own large, complex contract negotiations with executive-level potential customers to define pricing & terms
- Manage a pipeline of leads to qualify, engage, and develop relationships with potential customers
- Assess & manage prospects' complex business needs to determine a strategic fit
- Drive engaging & innovative virtual demonstrations and presentations
- Develop and execute sales plans in collaboration with cross-functional partners
- Advance the companys values, unique culture, and vision for the future
- Document and distribute competitive information to benefit the team
- Increase knowledge of key competitors to communicate value proposition effectively
- Maintain accurate forecasts; provide sales management with reports & projections
- Additional duties, as assigned
- 3-5+ years experience working & negotiating with executive-level contacts in a full sales cycle, preferably B2B
- 1-2+ years of SaaS selling experience, with strong consultative selling skills
- Fluency in English and French with strong communication abilities in both
- Proven track record in managing sales in a quota-carrying role
- Strong negotiation skills for commercial and executive-level negotiations
- Ability to develop & implement complex sales strategies
- Excellent presentation skills to communicate effectively across accounts
- Ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple projects
- Technology-savvy with a desire to sell virtually
- Experience in demoing software in the construction industry a plus
- Self-motivated and highly organized, with strong time management skills
