Title Clerk - Ciocca Automotive Allentown at Apple Automotive Group Inc – Allentown, Pennsylvania

We have an immediate opening for an energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated accounting professional to join our growing and dynamic team! Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience processing automotive titles and registrations required
• Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all state paperwork is accurate and complete.
• Ensure that all online registrations are processes in a timely manner and follow state guidelines.
• Responsible for submitting original paperwork to our out of state vendor if applicable.
• Obtain all dealer titles.
• Follow up on all payoff titles to ensure they are received by the dealership.
• Filing required forms with the state on a weekly basis.
• Other duties as assigned.
