This role bridges business strategy and technical execution, translating business requirements and processes into practical, AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable value.Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand goals, workflows, and pain points.
• Identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve efficiency, decision-making, and outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable AI use cases and process designs.
• Collaborate with technical teams or vendors to implement AI-driven solutions.
• Support change management, user adoption, and ongoing optimization of AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated understanding of business processes and operational workflows.
• Practical knowledge of AI, machine learning, automation, and data-driven tools.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into tactical, implementable AI solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience driving digital or AI-led transformation initiatives is a plus.
• Certifications in AI, data science, or project management are preferred but not required.
• Experience with workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and change enablement across complex organizations.

Technical & Functional Skills

• Familiarity with AI and automation concepts (e.g., RAG frameworks, GenAI use cases, intelligent automation, data governance).
• Proficiency in documenting business processes and requirements.
• Understanding of compliance, data privacy, and regulatory frameworks affecting AI adoption in financial institutions.

• Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate strategy into action.
